We kindly ask you to consider it as your own home, helping us preserve its comfort and welcoming atmosphere for future guests as well. Below you’ll find a few simple house rules, designed to guarantee a relaxing and worry-free stay.

Up to 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children (Baby cot and high chair available upon request)
Minimum stay: 2 nights – Maximum stay: 29 nights Final cleaning fee: €75 (extra)
Self check-in from 3:00 PM (early check-in subject to availability)
Check-out by 9:00 AM
Pets not allowed
Unaccompanied minors not allowed
Parties and events are strictly prohibited
